Where do you deliver?
We service all Perth Metropolitan areas and can go as far as Margaret River, York and Yanchep.
How long before my event should I book?
We advise booking as soon as you have your date confirmed. We can hold your date tentatively for up to 2 weeks. After this period we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment is not due until 7 days before your event.
Can I Cancel my booking?
We will refund the full deposit amount within 30 days of your booking. After the 30 days cooling off period your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel.
How long can I use the chairs for?
Chair hire is only for 24 hours, any longer term hire can be organized with the team at WA Chair Hire, we are very flexible with drop of and pickup of our chairs.
Is there a delivery charge?
If you are within 20km of Perth CBD delivery charges start at a rate of $100 each way for delivery and pick-up. For areas outside of the Perth Metro area, please contact us for a quote.
Is there a fee to setup and pack away the chairs at our event?
Yes, we charge at an hourly rate to set up and pack away the chairs at the venue, please contact us for a quote.
When can I expect my chairs to be delivered and picked up?
We are flexible with delivery and pickup times and will work with our clients to make sure the chairs are delivered and picked up at a convenient time.
Can we pick up the chairs ourselves?
We allow chairs to be picked up from our location, we require a deposit and photo ID. Please contact us to discuss this option
What happens if I damage or break any chairs?
Chairs and cushions that are damaged or lost will be charged to the customer at the cost price.
Are we able to view the chairs before progressing with our booking?
Yes, appointments can be made to view the chairs
Do we match other quotes?
Yes, if you can provide a formal quote to us from a competitor we will do our best to match and beat prices, subject to availability.
What Payment methods do we accept?
We accept payment via direct deposit only.
